Use: Crystal on skin skin contact worn on the wrist, stacked or singularly.
When crystals have direct contact with the skin they are better equipped to transmit their vibrations in alignment with your own energy.

Shape: Round - the spherical shape of these beads allows an even flow of energy.

Colour: Howlite is a white marble-like stone with threaded grey veins running through it. White - hope, illumination and unity. Grey - balance and compromise.

Chakra: Crown - the seventh chakra located at the top of the head. It is the centre of enlightenment and awareness and when balanced brings feelings of deep peace and serenity.

Intention: For added meaning set an intention to your piece or use a mantra such as 'I am calm, I am present, I am peaceful' or take the wise words of the Byron Bay welcome sign “cheer up, slow down, chill out”. 

Country of origin: Mexico

Interesting: Howlite is thought to assist with peaceful sleep when placed under your pillow. Some delve deeper with this idea by infusing water with Howlite and sipping an hour before bedtime.

Please be aware, each bracelet is made from natural stones. The item you are sent may vary slightly from the one pictured although will always be similar. Each bracelet consists of natural stone beads and elastic.

Approximately 18cm circumference to fit over the average size adult hand and sit comfortably on the wrist. Bead sizes are: medium 8mm, large 10mm. The large size beads are shown in photos only.
