All orders placed on our Australian website are sent from within Australia.
We offer Free Shipping for all Australian orders over $100.

Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Orders made on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. Please allow us three business days for processing.
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package, in which case multiple tracking numbers will be provided. However, we aim to post multiple items together where possible.
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via the email address you provided.

Changes to your order
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details contact us immediately at email@example.com.
If your order has already been processed, we are unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, if your parcel has not yet been dispatched we will do everything we can to amend your details as we want your items delivered safely to you.
Currently we are only able to offer Australian domestic shipping. Please know that we are working on international shipping options and these will be provided in the future.
Traditional Place Names
To acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land your item is being delivered to, you can include the traditional place name in the address field at checkout.
When addressing mail, write the traditional place name after the recipient's name, but before the street address, suburb or town.
