Use: Palm stone crystals are usually oval, teardrop or round in shape designed to fit the hand and allow the fingers to wrap around. Designed to be held with crystal on skin contact to create a connection between the crystals vibration and your own aura. Largely used for meditation or held during breath work. 

Shape: Oval - the curved shape allows an even flow of energy.

Colour: Purple - creativity and wealth.  Each piece will have some small shimmering flecks of mica. These pieces are more stone like in texture for a modern appearance.

Chakra: Crown - the seventh chakra located at the top of the head. It is the centre of enlightenment and awareness and when balanced brings feelings of deep peace and serenity.

Intention: For added meaning set an intention to your piece or use a mantra such as 'I let go of what no longer serves me', 'I am at peace' or 'I forgive and choose to move forward'.

Interesting: Lepidolite is thought to absorb electromagnetic pollution making it a good choice for office spaces - near laptops, computers or mobile phone placement.
