I am here to work as your life coach, guiding you through some of the toughest emotional experiences you’ve ever had to deal with. My ancient wisdom acts to keep you emotionally stable during times of distress. I want to bring your awareness to your surroundings, to help strengthen your connection to the outside world. Becoming more connected to nature, animals and people in the world you can refocus on your hopes and dreams outside of technological distraction. Connection to your breath may come easier with my presence, aligning your values with your everyday actions, releasing negative energy.

Use: Gently trace your thumb around the smooth centre indentation as a mindfulness tool to release worries. A great meditation accompaniment.

When crystals have direct contact with the skin they are better equipped to transmit their vibrations in alignment with your own energy.

Shape: Heart - the universal symbol of love, designed to welcome pure thoughts into your space.

Colour: Green - Growth, mental flexibility, nurturing.

Black - Protection, depth of connection to the physical world, relieving fears.

Chakra: Heart - the fourth chakra located at the centre of the spine at heart level. It is the centre of compassion, empathy, love, and forgiveness. When balanced brings feelings of connectedness, depth in relationships with others and love for oneself.

Intention: For added meaning set an intention to your piece or use a mantra such as ‘I am present’ or ‘I am powerful and will create change’.

Country of origin: Madagascar.

Measurement: Approx 4cm x 4cm.

Interesting: Controversially named as it’s not actually a jasper but considered a fossil dating back to 3 billion years ago. This stone is classified as a stromatolite, which refers to the clump of fossilised algae that created this mineral. One of the special fossils within Kambaba Jasper is Cyanobacteria, which is believed to have helped create the first oxygen atmosphere on earth.
