As a walk in nature is thought to provide a sense of calm and grounding by refocussing your thoughts back into the present moment so too am I thought to provide this feeling of connection to your breath for a sense of centred calmness. For this reason I am a great choice of crystal for the office space or city living, proving assistance with overwhelming thoughts at times when you can’t be immersed in nature to alleviate these heightened emotions. ‘Balance in buildings’ is my nickname.
My greatest gift to you is abundance bought by realigning your focus to your most successful pathway. Grounding you in the self assuredness that new beginnings are realised when fear is released.

Use: Gently trace your thumb around the smooth centre indentation as a mindfulness tool to release worries. A great meditation accompaniment.

Colour: These pieces are transparent with dark green dendritic inclusions that have grown into patterns similar to moss, looking almost like an internal secret garden. Green - growth, balance and new beginnings.
Chakra: Heart - the fourth chakra located at the centre of the spine at heart level. It is the centre of compassion, empathy, love, and forgiveness. When balanced brings feelings of connectedness, depth in relationships with others and love for oneself.
